My wife & I just returned from a two week stay in Lake City and while there I came across your recent “Real Estate Southwest Colorado” magazine by Team Murphy Realty.   I just want to let you know how impressed I was – I am – with the magazine – very top-notch – high quality.

We have been coming to Lake City each summer since 1985 and I have always kept apprised of real estate activities there since such time – starting off with Hall Realty.    I remembered when Team Murphy came into existence and I must say you made a great impression on me even in those start-up days.   But to now see what you have accomplished is nothing but incredible.
